I am completely new to trading, will I be able to understand the material?

Our education and whole platform has been created to guide those who are just starting out and even experienced traders to get started on their investing journey and build up the foundation to becoming a smart profitable trader.

Do you place trades on my behalf?

No, we do not. We are an education and community based platform for like-minded people who are willing to learn. Whilst we provide stock/crypto signals, we do not tell individuals what to buy or sell. We are not an investment fund.

What types of markets do you deal with?

We cover the Australian and American Stock Exchanges as well as Cryptocurrency.

How much capital do I need to start out with?

There is no right or wrong answer here, but it’s a lot smaller than you might think. As long as you have $500, that’s enough to get started on your investment journey.

Pricing Questions

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa Debit, Mastercard or PayPal. You may choose your payment type at checkout. If you have trouble processing payment with us, simply send us an email at [email protected] or shoot us a message on Instagram. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You may cancel your membership at any time, however if you are on the instalment plan, you are legally obliged to pay the full amount of your membership and cannot break your contract at any time.

If I don't like it, can I get a refund?

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with TVI, you may receive a refund within the first 7 days of purchasing your membership. Email [email protected]

How can I update my payment/card details?

You can update your card details by emailing [email protected]

Are the subscription payments auto-recurring?

Yes. When subscribing to one of our recurring subscription packages, the payment will be taken automatically on the next due date unless cancelled via emailing us. If you have subscription related questions, reach out to us at  [email protected].

No. The instalment option is still a yearly subscription, just paid in monthly instalments. If you choose to cancel your membership within the 12 months, you are legally obligated to pay the balance owning.
